TORTA DE SAMBAYÓN por VALENTINA SALEZZI | CUCINARE TV - Programa 17/10/24

SAMBAYON CAKE The typical flavor of zambayon is transformed into a spectacular cake with this super-easy recipe. Ingredients: 5 egg yolks. 5 tbsp. sugar. 5 tbsp. Marsala wine. 400 cc. heavy cream. 200 g. chocolate cookies. 80 g. melted butter. Chocolate for decoration, as needed. Process: 1. For the filling, place the egg yolks, sugar, and wine in a double boiler and stir until creamy. 2. Once cooled, add it to the whipped cream. 3. For the crust, place the chocolate cookies in a blender or mixer and crush them. 4. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and, in a cake pan covered with plastic wrap, form the crust by hand. 5. Fill with the zabaglione cream and freeze for one day. 6. To decorate, draw chocolate threads on the cake and add crushed cookies.
