Fortunately, the weather was fine, and we sat in a comfortable seat with a pleasant breeze, enjoying a delightful conversation. The moment the Jeju pork neck, exceptional in its thickness and vibrant color, was placed on the hot plate, I was certain it would be absolutely delicious. Both Akane and I were amazed by the juicy meat that filled our mouths! The unique way of eating it at this restaurant—anchovies, grilled pineapple, and cheese—was a whole new world for us. Furthermore, there was the melt-in-your-mouth tender pork shoulder (kabrisal), and even the off-menu "coffee soju" that the owner quietly brought out! Even those who always eat samgyeopsal will surely change their minds after watching this video. Akane's genuine reaction, exclaiming "I don't want samgyeopsal anymore!", is truly remarkable!
