Agar aapko khatti, spicy aur lajawab kadhi pasand hai, to yeh recipe zaroor try kariye. 😍 🥣 Method Step 1: Ek bowl mein ½ katori besan aur 1 full glass chaas (buttermilk) daal kar achhe se whisk karein jab tak batter smooth ho jaye aur usme koi lumps ya bubbles na rahe. Step 2: Garlic aur green chilli ka paste tayyar kar lijiye. Step 3: Ek pan mein oil garam karein. Usme 1 tsp rai, 1 tsp jeera, 5–6 curry leaves aur 1 tsp hing daalein. Phir garlic aur green chilli ka paste daal kar 1–2 minute bhun lijiye. Step 4: Ab 2 tsp haldi powder, namak swad anusar, 2 tsp dhaniya powder aur ½ tsp garam masala daal kar achhe se mix kar lijiye. Step 5: Ab besan aur chaas ka mixture daal dijiye. Zarurat ke hisaab se paani add karein aur lagataar chalate hue kadhi ko ubalne dijiye. Step 6: Medium flame par 10–15 minutes tak pakayein.
