Day 2- Week 2 (LEGS) 1) Lying Leg Curls 3 Total Sets (2 “WARM-UP” Sets x 10 reps - Rest 1-2 Minutes - ) & (1 TORTURE SET - GO AS HEAVY AS POSSIBLE FOR 6-8 reps, Then Lighten the weight up and do another 6-8 reps… lighten the weight up and now do 6-8 reps with super slow negatives… lighten the weight up and now hold each rep for 2-3 seconds at the top of each rep) 2) Leg Extensions 3 Total Sets (2 “WARM-UP” Sets x 10 reps - 130,145lbs) & (1 TORTURE SET - 190lbs GO AS HEAVY AS POSSIBLE FOR 6-8 reps, Then Lighten the weight up and do another 6-8 reps… lighten the weight up and now do 6-8 reps with super slow negatives… lighten the weight up and now hold each rep for 2-3 seconds at the top of each rep) 3) Barbell Squats 6 sets x 7,5,3,1,5,7 (315, 335, 355, 375, 335, 315lbs) 4) Leg Press 3 Total Sets (2 “WORKING SETS” x 15 & 10 reps) & (1 TORTURE SET - GO AS HEAVY AS POSSIBLE FOR 5 reps and then do a triple drop set x failure!!! Take weight off each set) 5) Standing Calf Raises 5 sets x 15-25 reps
