This is a review video of the NIKKOR Z MC 105mm f/2.8 VR S, which will be released by Nikon on June 25th. This is a new macro lens for the Nikon Z series. Nikon loaned me a copy early, and I've put together a video of my impressions of using it, its useful features, and sample images. As a 105mm macro lens, it allows you to take close-up shots while beautifully capturing the shape of the subject. It can be used for a variety of scenes, including portraits, table photos, and flower photos. The bokeh is simply beautiful, and what's appealing about this lens is that it can be used as a 105mm f/2.8 prime lens while still being able to capture the unique qualities of a macro lens.
