Welcome to my channel. Today I'm sharing a very popular dish i.e Mutton Chaap. Durga puja is incomplete without Biryani and chaap! So let's make this beautiful dish. It's super easy and full of flavours. To make the Chaap masala you'll need- Green cardamom - 5-6 nos Cinnamon stick- 1inch Cloves- 4-5 nos Shajeera (caraway seeds)- 1tsp Shamorich(white pepper)-1tsp Jayphol (nutmeg)-1/4th of the whole nut Jaitri (mace)- 4 blades roast in a pan for 3 mins,let it cool down.Then make a powder in a blender.
