Walking a Few Streets of Progreso, Mexico. NOT BAD, if I might say so!!

One of the ports that Margaritaville at Sea Islander goes to is Progreso, Mexico. It's reported as one of the worst ports in the cruise industry, but most people dislike it because they either: 1. Don't get off the ship; 2. Get off the ship, but only go to the marketplace AT the pier's ships dock; Or, 3. Go to the in-town marketplace, but never leave it, missing out on the town, the people, the supermarket, the restaurants, the massage areas, more interesting souvenirs, and THE BEACH! The Progreso Beach is simply outstanding! I can't say enough regarding how great it was!
