Valium, Xanax, Ativan. What's The Difference?

People ask me this all the time. What is the difference between Valium, Xanax, and Ativan? As you know, I call all of them GABA boosters, because we believe that they improve anxiety and panic symptoms by increasing GABA activity. If your GABA activity is low, you need it raised.
