We spend hours consuming short videos, and when we need to think, study, or write, we turn on artificial intelligence. But is the problem TikTok, Instagram, and AI... or the way we're using these tools? In this video, I talk about attention, learning, and how we are gradually outsourcing our thinking. It's not a video against artificial intelligence, nor against social media. It's a reflection on what happens when we stop exercising our brains and become increasingly dependent on algorithms to consume information and even to think for us.
