Proč jsem nedal druhý přeskok?

Beautiful conditions around Belluno today. Launched below Monte Dolada and managed to keep up with Lenka for a while — but eventually, even she left me behind. Not being familiar with how the air works locally, I skipped the second crossing, even though I had good altitude for it. It was upwind, and it seemed I’d arrive quite low with my EN-A wing, and the ridge would be crosswinded — possibly flushing me down even more. Later I found out that the thermal flow should overpower that wind, and the whole “horseshoe” of hills around the lowlands tends to work well straight on.
