How to cook armored catfish (Pleco)

We catch clean and cook an Armored Catfish also known as a Plecostomus. While in the canals of Miami we were bowfishing for invasive and decided to keep and cook a Plecostomus. While it is impossible to clean an armored catfish you can however cook them whole.
