10 Minute Butt Workout with Mini Loop Resistance Band // Knee Friendly!
Using a mini loop resistance band we will shape, strengthen and tone your backside in 10 minutes. Strong glutes are crucial for overall fitness health! These exercises are especially good for your lower back and hips (both call upon the glutes for support and stabilization). This quick workout is low impact and easy on your joints. Nothing is performed on your hands and knees. Please go at your own pace and remember to always keep your core engaged. Exercises will be done both in a standing position and on the floor.
