Amnesty International UK caused a scandal with its "A Growing Threat" report, smearing numerous women and gay rights organisations "anti-rights." The backlash was immediate - legal threats were made, the report was pulled and Amnesty has now reported itself to the Charity Commission. Can Amnesty survive this? And how did a pioneer of human rights become the very thing it originally opposed?
