My Twin Sister Just Started Month 2 of Her 140-Pound Weight Loss Journey!

Month 2 is officially underway, and I’m so proud of my twin sister for staying committed to her 140-pound weight loss journey. The hardest part for most people isn’t starting it’s continuing after the excitement of the first few weeks wears off. That’s why I’m proud to see her showing up, trusting the process, and focusing on building healthy habits that she can maintain long-term. This month, we’re continuing to focus on: Walking consistently Prioritizing protein Eating more whole foods Drinking more water Strength training Staying patient and consistent This journey isn’t about being perfect.
