Prepare Lemon Curd Filling: -In a saucepan,add milk,condensed milk,lemon juice,cornflour,yellow food color & whisk until well combined. -Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until it thickens while whisking continuously. -Turn off the flame,add butter & whisk well until butter melts. -Let it cool & transfer to a piping bag. -Fill tart shells with prepared lemon curd filling. -Remove tart shell carefully & garnish tarts with whipping cream,lemon slice,lemon sandwich biscuits,mint leaf & serve (makes 4-5 tarts)! Prepare Lemon Curd Filling: -Sauce mein doodh,condensed milk,lemon juice,cornflour aur yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein. -Chulha on karein,makhan dal dein aur melt ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein. -Tart shells mein tayyar lemon curd filling bhar dein. -Carefully tart shell ko remove ker lein aur tarts ko whipping cream,lemon slice,lemon sandwich biscuits aur podina sa garnish ker ka serve karein (makes 4-5 tarts)!
