Flow, build, and open into Dragon Pose. This Vinyasa practice links breath to movement as we warm the whole body, then work deep into the hips and hip flexors to reach our peak pose—Dragon, one of the most powerful hip openers there is. This flow is great for: 🐉 Releasing tight hips and hip flexors 🐉 Building strength and stability through the legs 🐉 Counteracting long hours of sitting 🐉 Deepening flexibility over time 🐉 Linking breath with mindful movement Meet yourself where you are today—take the modifications offered and let your breath lead.
