Kumara Junction to Otira New Zealand 2024

Hi and welcome to todays drive from the Kumara Junction on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island leaving State Highway 6 and heading east along State Highway 73 the Great Alpine Highway towards the spectacular Southern Alps mountain range that runs along the width of the South Island. Along this amazing drive take in the scenic alpine views as we head east passing through the small settlements of Kumara, Jacksons and Aickens before ending the journey at the small historic railway town of Ōtira nestled among the mountains in the incredible Arthur's Pass National Park.
