Caples-Greenstone circuit: rain, snow, sun, and more rain!
In late October 2024, Josh Cripps (@JoshuaCrippsAdventure) and I headed out under less than ideal conditions to walk the Caples-Greenstone circuit. In spite of the mixed bag of weather over the next 4 days, we had a wonderful time wandering along the beautiful rivers and through the lush forests of this little corner of New Zealand. Shot on a combination of the Nikon Z8 (with Z 24-70mm f2.8) and the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Oh, and used my iPhone camera a fair bit on the first day when it was pouring with rain :-). If you have any questions about this trip just let me know in the comments. CHAPTERS: 0:00 Intro 1:12 Day 1 (plus trip map) 5:08 Day 2 11:28 Day 3 17:29 Day 4 #newzealand #nikon #adventure
