RISOTTO CON ZUCCHINE COOKEO
DOSI PER 3 PERSONE INGREDIENTI : 2 zucchine tagliate a strisce, mezza cipolla tritata, 30 ml di vino bianco, 240g di riso, 550ml di brodo vegetale, sale q.b., 30 g di burro e parmigiano a piacere. PREPARAZIONE: Nella pentola del cookeo mettere l'olio farlo scaldare, poi aggiungere la cipolla tritata e fate rosolare. Unite le zucchine tagliate e fate cuocere. Quando la cottura vi soddisfa aggiungete il riso fatelo tostare. Sfumate col vino bianco e fatelo evaporare. Aggiungete il brodo vegetale IMPOSTATE COTTURA A PRESSIONE PER 7 MINUTI. Al termine della cottura aggiungete il burro e il parmigiano e fate mantecare. Buon appetito 🙂
