We flew from Bristol to Bari, Puglia at the end of April 2026 and spent 3 nights based in Molfetta, a beautiful fishing town that's somehow still flying under the radar. From there we explored the stunning harbour town of Trani, learned to make fresh pasta and tiramisu with a local chef in Bari, and ate and drank unbelievably well without spending a fortune.
