Back to my roots this week at Great Dunmow parkrun in Essex to run their 5k parkrun route at the recreation ground and along the river. A low-key event in a beautiful town and well worth a visit. We particularly enjoyed dog-friendly Frank's in Great Dunmow town centre and thought the coffee there was amazing. What a nostalgic trip for me!
