Allergies are a thing for me here in Texas, and sometimes it feels like mounting pressure in my sinuses.If this is you, I made this tutorial for you! Our nose is rich with lymphatic vessels, and the sinuses behind our nose is, in part, where a lot of our brain drainage magic happens. The "glymphatic" system flushes some of the cellular debris from the brain into the sinuses which act as an inlet for a portion of this fluid.
