olimpic 500, single-sided edgebander - pneumatic version. Olimpic 500 is the perfect edgebander for small and medium-sized companies. It provides flexibility and versatility in limited space for high finish quality without compromise. The machine operates at 12 m/min, both in the first and second pass. The pneumatic version allows the machining of two different radii, thanks to the manual changeover of the motor kit of the rounding unit and the tool head kit of the scraping unit. It is also possible to work different thin edges and solid wood edges up to 6 mm thickness. It processes narrow panels up to 60 mm minimum wide and 60 mm thick with all working units. As standard, it is supplied with the SGP-E glue pot for EVA or PUR glue, the end cutting unit with double blades for straight or radius cutting, the trimming- chamfering unit with 3 working positions and the edge scraper. One version is also available with the 2-motor unit for rounding the corners and chamfering the top and bottom panel side for high finish quality. Finally, for an excellent finish, 3 working units are available on request – the glue scraper, brushes and the hot air brightening unit for plastic edges – the latter makes the edge bander unique in its class. An easy-to-use edge bander thanks to the large and very intuitive touch control panels and the Maestro active edge software which guarantees also connectivity and synchronisation with company systems. La macchina lavora a 12m/min, sia nel primo che secondo passaggio. Nella versione con set-up pneumatico è possibile lavorare due diversi raggi, grazie alla sostituzione manuale del kit motori del gruppo arrotondatore e del kit testine del gruppo raschiabordo, vari bordi sottili e bordi massello fino ad uno spessore di 6 mm. Lavora pannelli stretti fino ad una larghezza minima di 60 mm, mentre lo spessore massimo lavorabile è di 60 mm con tutti i gruppi. È fornita con il gruppo rettificatore (disponibile anche una versione senza); gruppo incollaggio con vasca colla SGP-E per colla EVA o PUR, realizzata in materiale teflonato e con scarico dal basso, che permette un rapido cambio di colla; un intestatore con doppie lame per il taglio dritto o raggiato della testa e coda al pannello; un refilatore-spigolatore con 3 posizioni di lavoro; un arrotondatore a 2 motori, per una maggior finitura di qualità, che arrotonda gli angoli e spigola la parte superiore ed inferiore del pannello stesso; un raschiabordo e infine 3 gruppi operatori opzionali per una finitura al top: raschiacolla, spazzole e ravvivatore ad aria calda per bordi plastici, che rende la bordatrice unica nel suo genere. È una macchina semplice da utilizzare grazie ai pannelli di controllo touch di grandi dimensioni e molto intuitivi, che grazie al software Maestro active edge garantiscono anche connettività e sincronizzazione verso i sistemi aziendali. È possibile integrare le macchine con i fastback, dispositivi SCM di ritorno pannello, permettendo ad un unico operatore di gestire l’intero processo di bordatura anche di pannelli di grandi dimensioni.
