Chasing the Back Roads in Spain

After weeks in France, we finally crossed into Spain and continued our mission of travelling on the smaller roads. Our challenge for this trip is simple: make it all the way to southern Spain, via Portugal, and eventually back to the UK without using motorways or major roads. Easier said than done.
