For this cake you only need a few ingredients that you probably already have at home. The preparation is very simple and only takes a few minutes. First prepare the chocolate cream. Next, you need to line the springform pan with cookies and spread the chocolate mixture on top. The cake is then placed in the refrigerator for several hours to harden. In the meantime you can prepare the decorations. I chose chocolate ganache, but you can of course get creative and use your favorite ingredients. After a few hours in the fridge, the cake is ready to serve! You will be surprised at how delicious and tender this cake tastes, even if it hasn't been baked yet. The consistency is reminiscent of chocolate mousse and the combination of crunchy chocolate base and delicate chocolate cream is incomparable.
