This recipe will be for 10 people. Ingredients 3kg lamb Marinated with 1 tbs steak and chops spice 1 tbs BBQ spice 1 tbs crushed ginger and garlic 1 tbs Worchestershire sauce 2 tbs oil For braising 1/2 cup oil 2 small onions, sliced 2 tomatoes, cubed 1 1/2 cup gadhra beans 5 med potatoes, halved 2 tbs mixed masala 1 tsp pure chillie powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp dhania & jeera powder 1 tsp hurdee (tumeric) 1 large cinnamon stick 1 tsp rough salt, adjust to taste 1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic stem of curry leaves fresh thyme dhania to garnish Served in bunny chows with carrot salad on the side.
