This time, we'll be walking around Minami-Otsuka Station in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. Minami-Otsuka Station is located on the opposite side of the Kawagoe Sayama Industrial Park from Shin-Sayama Station in the previous video. This is on the Kawagoe City side. The cityscape is similar to Shin-Sayama Station from the previous video, so the main focus will be a journey following the abandoned Seibu Abina Line, a freight line that once branched off near Minami-Otsuka Station. As we head north from Minami-Otsuka Station along the abandoned railway line, we find the remains of Abina Station on the banks of the Irumagawa River. It once served as a freight line transporting gravel collected from the Irumagawa River. After passing by the Saitama Kawagoe General Regional Wholesale Market and returning to National Route 16 near Minami-Otsuka Station, we change course and head towards Kawagoe city center. We turned around near the Roger's Kawagoe store in Wakita-Shinmachi and returned to Minami-Otsuka Station, taking in the residential and commercial areas near Kawagoe city center.
