Video from Sushila Pandey 👉सामग्री 👇 👉टमाटर 500 ग्राम 👉करेला 500 ग्राम 👉प्याज 500 ग्राम 👉कच्चा आम 2 👉लहसुन की कली 10 से 12 👉फ्रेश पुदीना 1 कटोरी 👉फ्रेश हरी धनिया कटी हुई 1 कटोरी 👉सरसों का तेल 1 कटोरी 👉कुछ सूखे मसाले 👉गरम मसाला 1 छोटी चम्मच 👉जीरा 1 छोटी चम्मच 👉मंगरैला 1 छोटी चम्मच 👉कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर एक से डेढ़ चम्मच 👉कसूरी मेथी 2 चम्मच 👉सौंफ 4 चम्मच (क्रश करके लेना है) 👉हींग 1 बड़ी चम्मच (दो बार में पड़ेगा) 👉नमक स्वाद अनुसार 👉Ingredients 👇 👉Tomatoes 500 grams 👉Bitter gourd 500 grams 👉Onions 500 grams 👉Raw mango 2 👉10 to 12 cloves of garlic 👉A bowl of fresh mint 👉A bowl of chopped fresh coriander leaves 👉A bowl of mustard oil 👉Some dry spices👇 👉Garam masala one teaspoon 👉1 teaspoon cumin seeds 👉Nigella seeds a small spoon 👉Kashmiri red chilli powder one to one and a half teaspoon 👉Two teaspoons of Fenugreek leaves 👉Four teaspoons of fennel seeds 👉One tablespoon of asafoetida (will be used twice) 👉Salt to taste
