Mug Rug Tutorial with Appliqué & Holiday Fabric

The holiday season is upon us! In this video I show you how to make a holiday mug rug with some appliqué and straight-line quilting. You’ll need at least two coordinating fabrics, matching thread, some batting, and an appliqué pattern of your choice. I also use EZ-Steam appliqué sheets from Pellon and show you exactly how to use them for easy appliqué that is beginner friendly. This mug rug would make a wonderful gift or add a nice decoration for your home. I like to have a several of these on hand to use for my afternoon tea and snack.
