Directions for Mint Raita: 1- In a blender add coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, Nestlé Milkpak Yogurt and blend it well. Directions for Coating: 1- In a bowl add cooked beef, corn flour, coriander seeds, red chili flakes, coat well and shallow fry until crispy.
