Ferne Stone, née Good, 90. Daughter of the late Sylvia and Joe Good. Devoted wife of Howard Stone for 70 years. Loving mother of Loren (Julie) Stone, David (Tim Katello) Stone, and Jody (Steve Cheren) Stone. Treasured grandmother of Alex (Kristin) Stone, Stefanie Stone (fiancé Luke Blanco), Cole Berman, and Sophie McCarty. Proud great-grandmother of Ethan, Connor, and Sarah Stone. Adored sister of Sheldon (Susan) Good. She was also loved by her many nieces and nephews. Ferne was a natural athlete and enjoyed running, cross country skiing. and was a champion golfer. She was the essence of joy, with a quick wit and infectious sense of humor. Throughout her life, she kept that smile bright for those around her, always making it clear how happy she was to see you. Her warmth, kindness, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew her, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and lasting memories.
