[Ingredients (for 3 cups / 2-3 servings)] 3 cups rice, plenty of oyster mushrooms, a handful of shredded radish, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons chicken stock (or 1 pack of coin stock/powdered stock), 0.5 tablespoons sugar, green onions, 1 stick of butter [Seasoned Soy Sauce] 1 Cheongyang pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, sesame seeds, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons perilla oil, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder [Directions] Wash 3 cups of rice and soak for 20-30 minutes, then drain completely. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil to a pot and stir-fry the mushrooms and radish until wilted and the moisture is released. Season with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon chicken stock (or 1 pack of stock), and 0.5 tablespoon sugar. Add the soaked rice and mix with the other ingredients. Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once it starts to boil, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, add plenty of green onions and a piece of butter, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the seasoned soy sauce over the rice and mix well. [Tip] Stir-fry the mushrooms and radish first to fully enhance their flavor. Drain the soaked rice completely before adding it to avoid mismatching the water content. The butter is essential.
