In today's video we are showing you the top 2 luxury communities in Venice, Florida but more specifically in Wellen Park. We are showing you Everly a community being built by West Bay, Neil Signature, Lee Wetherington and John Cannon. We are also touring three of their model homes. We are also showing you a brand new community in Wellen Park called Palmera. Palmera will have six different builders that range from track builders to full custom builders.
