Day 1: Skinny to Muscular Transformation with Calisthenics and Intermittent Fasting
Can you REALLY build muscle with Intermittent Fasting? And can you actually pull it off with an Ectomorph body type (the naturally skinny, ultra-fast metabolism type)? Especially since fasting is known to boost fat burning! I honestly think this is a massive challenge that borders on the impossible! But after filming this video which has been about a month or so of training here is exactly what I noticed in my body: The Triceps Appeared: I literally had no triceps before! As you can see in the video, they are now visible and popping!! My First Pull-Up: I couldn't even pull myself up halfway before! Let alone a full repetition! (This single rep drove me crazy for days, just trying to film and document it because I genuinely couldn't believe I did it, guys!!!! Even now, I only believe it when I go back and watch the footage with my own eyes.) Bigger Forearms: My forearms were way smaller than what you see now in the video. Upper Body Growth: My chest, back, and shoulders are visibly bigger than they were just a month ago.
