Side chain (side-chain) setup on a Presonus Studiolive Series 3 console
A quick look at setting up a side-chain configuration on a Presonus Studiolive Series 3. Sometimes, side-chaining is called a "ducker". Side-chaining is possible with most all digital consoles. The older Presonus consoles (the AI series - 32.4.2 and 24.4.2) support side-chaining. A lot of analog outboard gear (gates, compressors) support side-chaining as well.
