Thousands turn up for police recruitment exercise
The search for 10-thousand more police officers kicked off Monday across the country as the government moved to boost personnel in the force to deal with spiraling insecurity. The one day exercise attracted thousands of youth to try their luck to serve in the national police service and administration police. In Nairobi four people were electrocuted as they erected a tent in readiness for the exercise as dozen were turned away in Eldoret for producing foreign academic documents not certified.
