But before that, Lallantop went on the ground to gauge the pulse of the people of Bihar. In this new series, ‘Hum Bihar Ke Log’, the team spent a day with people from different age groups, classes, and communities to understand their lives. In the sixth episode of this series, we spoke with a #MadrasaTeacher from Darbhanga. We asked them whether religious education is given primary importance in madrasas. We also discussed how much support the government provides to improve education in these institutions. After that, we also talked about the allegations often made against madrasas.
