Episode 104 : 4th April 2024 Hi, my name is Pene, short for Penelope and this is my chinwag! This week I show you a Quilt as you Go I am doing, a quilt I have made for my great grandson, my husband Pete is choosing his 8 desert island discs and it is his third record - Del Shannon, Runaway, from 1961. I read you the beginning of 'My Story' and I tell you of my future plans for a project. Pete and I take you for a walk by our local seaside. I also mention Negative Controlling Parent which are our thoughts feelings and behaviours learned in childhood. I talk about Adult, which are our thoughts and feelings in the here and now, not contaminated by influences from the past.
