In Part 6 of our 32-night Caribbean cruise, we arrive in the British Virgin Islands with no fixed plans—so we simply see where the day takes us. We hop aboard a local fast catamaran ferry to the beautiful island of Virgin Gorda, where we hike through the famous sea-formed boulder caves and swim in the pristine turquoise waters that make this island so iconic. Next, we sail on to Bonaire, another stop where we let spontaneity guide us. On a whim, we hire a golf cart and spend the day exploring the island at a leisurely pace—from the quiet northern inlets and rugged coastline to the bright salt plains of the south, complete with sightings of Bonaire’s elegant flamingos.
