Addiction, recovery and AVRT with Lee Butler
DJ Lee Butler joins us for a second time to discuss his passion for helping people break free from addiction. As people may know from his first appearance on the podcast, Lee managed to break free from addiction using a technique called AVRT. He has now set up a support group to help people who are in a similar to position he was. Lee discusses the AVRT technique in depth and explained the real psychology behind addiction and provided real, measurable techniques to turn your life around. Lee also touched on his radio station, IN DEMAND, his thoughts and plans for Reminisce Festival and a new exciting project he wants to launch in the next twelve months. If you feel like you have an issue with addiction, this is a podcast that will really help. Also, if you don't suffer from addiction, a lot of what Lee says will still be incredibly helpful. A great guy doing amazing things. Hope you enjoy it! Andy & Jordan #Addiction #Recovery # RecoveryPosse #AVRT #TeamFresh
