It's a top-down cardigan, with a jersey body and sleeves. I knitted a model with set-in sleeves so the drape would be ideal for the short sleeves. There are now three sleeve options: the short sleeves are tightened to amplify the ruffle, and the latter is either small or more pronounced, and the sleeveless option was added.
