In this webinar, Philip Marris, the CEO of Marris Consulting, talks with Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag about her new book "Goldratt's Rules of Flow". The initial description of Critical Chain Project Management is over 25 years old. Her recent book published in January 2023 is the new introduction to the subject.
