I run 4 times a week. Why am I still fat?
Having injured my calf at parkrun two weeks before the Manchester marathon I have not been doing much running. As such, I took the opportunity to do a video I've been thinking about for some time, running & weight loss. Now, I don't actually make any particular suggestions for methods of weight loss, there are thousands of other videos out there that do this better than I would. Instead, I talk about my own experiences of running, my expected body image and why I think I haven't lost more weight (or rather fat) recently. Everything seems to have stalled a bit. As with any of these sort of videos, I've no idea what I am talking about other than my own lived experiences so if you are looking to improve your own fitness or lose weight, please do your own research or speak to someone useful like a dietician or physiotherapist.
