Last Day of No-Cook Cooking- Garlic Sauce Broast wali - Zaatar Chicken

Garlic Sauce (Same taste as AL-BAIK Chicken Broast Toum) Ingredients • Butter 2 tablespoons full • Cream Cheese (I use Kiri) 4 tbsp • Fresh garlic paste 1/2 tsp or more to taste • Salt to taste Preparation 1. Melt butter. Bring to room temperature. 2. Add cream cheese, garlic paste and salt and mix until well combined. 3. Enjoy with Fried or roasted chicken. 4. NOTE: Refrigerated sauce will be a bit hard because of the butter. Keep it on the counter top until it comes to room temperature. Zaatar Chicken Ingredients • Chicken Boneless 1 kg • Zaatar 1/2 cup • Olive Oil 1/2 cup • Lemon Juice 1/2 cup • Salt to taste • Black pepper powder to taste • Garlic cloves 8, sliced • Potatoes 2, cubed Preparation 1. Place chicken breast in a baking casserole. 2. In a bowl, add zaatar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder and mix. 3. Add to the chicken and coat well. 4. Add some slivered garlic cloves and mix. 5. Cover and allow to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. 6. Preheat the oven to 230°C. 7. Add potatoes to the chicken and coat with the zaatar marinade. 8. Bake at 230°C for 40-50 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are well cooked. 9. Take out and cut the chicken breast 10.
