High Rep Calisthenics, also known as Endurance Calisthenics, is a minimalistic training style built around the basics: Pull Ups, Dips, Push Ups, Rows - and at the advanced level muscle ups. But importantly, simple doesn't mean ineffective. We see it over and over, these athletes are exceptionally strong, but also surprisingly muscular and aesthetic.
