I Almost Quit This 1967 Mustang Floor Repair

Finishing Kylee's 1967 Mustang floor patch — picking up where we ran out of adhesive last week, then everything that went wrong from there. This is the conclusion of the no-weld floor patch we started last week on Kylee's 1967 Mustang. If you missed Part 1, we made the patch, did the prep work, and got partway through panel bonding it with 3M 8115 — then ran out of adhesive on a Saturday when the paint store was closed. This week we got the adhesive, came in expecting to finish the job in thirty minutes, and ended up spending most of the day on it. Sometimes a simple repair stops being simple. Sometimes a patch you cut a week ago doesn't sit quite right anymore. Sometimes the adhesive cure window is shorter than you remember. Today is all of those things at once.
