I Hiked Patagonia’s Most Underrated (And Dangerous) Trek

Just outside of Patagonia’s hiking capital El Chalten, lies the Southern Patagonia Ice Field, the third largest continental ice sheet in the world (beaten only by Antarctica and Greenland). In this video I take on the exhausting and dangerous 3 day hike out to the ice field, accompanied by a crazy Frenchman Nathan. Encase the distance and 2 mountain passes of this trek wasn’t challenging enough there’s a crevasse covered glacier to cross, multiple zipline river crossings and mice infested campsites!
