A super easy mango tart with an incredible flavor that everyone will love. If you're in a hurry and want to make a delicious dessert, this is the perfect option. It's a dessert of French origin, traditionally made with cherries, but this time we'll make it with our traditional fruit. You can also make it with any other fruit. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups diced mango = 450g And a little more, julienned, for decoration 4 eggs 1/2 cup sugar = 110g = 6 tablespoons 3/4 cup all-purpose flour = 105g = 5 1/4 tablespoons 1 cup milk = 250ml = 20 tablespoons OPTIONAL: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pinch of salt 1 greased 24 or 25cm diameter cake tin or 20x20cm square tin PREPARATION: Peel and dice the mango, reserving 2 cups. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Beat until well blended. Add the milk and flour and beat well until smooth. Spread the chopped mango on the bottom of the tart pan and pour the batter over it. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes, depending on your oven, at 180ºC (350ºF) or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean. Enjoy!
