In Jodhpur, a city known as the "Blue City" of India, a woman named Anita Chaudhary left her beauty parlor, 'Sunshine', around 2 PM, telling her staff, "I have some work to take care of, and I'll be back in a little while." However, as time passed, three to four hours went by, and Anita did not return to her shop. The beauty parlor belonged to Anita herself, and she had never before left it unattended for such a long period. As hours passed, one of the employees at Anita’s beauty parlor decided to call Anita’s husband, Manmohan Chaudhary. During the call, the employee informed Manmohan that Anita had told them she would be back shortly, but she still hadn't returned. She also mentioned that she had tried calling Anita multiple times, but her phone was switched off. Meanwhile, CCTV footage showed that around 2:30 PM on October 26, Anita was seen boarding an auto-rickshaw. From the footage, it did not appear that anyone was forcing her into the vehicle; rather, she seemed to have gotten in of her own free will.
