Mike Colameco's Real Food IVY STARK/DOS CAMINOS
I'm a huge fan of veteran NYC Chef Ivy Stark. We'll spend the day with her to see just how well she manages and trains her huge team FOH and BOH at all the Dos Caminos locations in Manhattan and beyond. Under her watch the food and attention to details at all these high volume locations was way better than one might think. Shortly after we filmed she left to take on a project in Chicago. Good news for New Yorkers is she's now back in town revamping everything at El Toro Blanco. In short she's a total pro and an excellent Ambassador for Mexican cooking in the USA.
